Purified through Patanjali's Yoga Sutras and the inner path to lasting clarity.
Purified through Sanskrit — refining expression, tone, and the words we carry into the world.
Why Prakruti
Yoga taught here is not fitness — it is a living tradition passed down through Hatha, Iyengar and Tantra lineages.
Asana, Pranayama, Sanskrit, Meditation, Mantra, Yoga Nidra, Anatomy, Ayurveda, and Indian Classical Arts — woven into one curriculum.
Batches are capped at 15 students so every practitioner is seen, corrected, and genuinely supported.
A residential community where teachers and students share meals, practice, and daily life the traditional way.
Yoga Alliance certification recognised worldwide, while staying true to Indian roots and method.
Graduates join a global alumni community with ongoing mentorship after they leave Rishikesh.

Student Stories
“The 200-hour course completely changed how I understand yoga — not just the poses, but the philosophy and breath behind them. The teachers felt like family by the end.”
“Small batch size meant real, personal feedback every single day. I came in a beginner and left able to teach my own classes with confidence.”
“Deeply authentic and rooted in real lineage, not a diluted version. The Ayurveda and sound healing add-ons were the highlight of my time in Rishikesh.”
