People come to Prakruti from different places in their practice. Some arrive as beginners. Some are already teaching. Some have practiced for a decade and feel they are missing something they cannot name. They leave with more than they came with, technically, philosophically and in the quality of their attention. That is what the school is built to give, and what they carry into their practice and their teaching. They are now in Italy, the United States, the United Kingdom, India, and further. Some teach. Some simply practice. All of them share a foundation built here.

What They Carry Forward

The courses at Prakruti are built across technique, philosophy and the traditions that connect them. Asana taught with precision. Pranayama taught as a practice, not a breathing exercise. Philosophy taught to be read and understood, not recited. Sanskrit taught as a language that changes how you hear what yoga is actually saying.

What alumni consistently describe is a deepening in their own body, in how they read a student, in how they understand what they are doing and why. The teachers here are masters of their disciplines. What they pass on goes into the practitioner and compounds over time.
